Data Guide

By using 2011 PHC micro data, cross tables can be produced for variables and it is also possible to do various statistical analyzes and modelling studies. For detailed information (type, length, categories, and explanations) about the variables in the data set, please see the section below named “Record Format.”

In the data set, weighting coefficient exists as a variable. Each household and individual has a separate weighting coefficient. For example, while producing a table for labour force, this table should be weighted in order to represent the mass. With using 2011 PHC results, statistics can be produced for Statistical Regions Level 1, 2 and 3.

Turkish Statistical Institute is not responsible for the statistical reliability of the results to be produced regardless of these warnings.
